We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up mixed-use construction projects in the heart of Miami. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing multifamily developments that include integrated parking garages and retail space.

Description


  • Oversee all phases of ground-up construction for mixed-use developments, from pre-construction to closeout

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials to ensure successful project delivery

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and developers to ensure design intent and quality standards are met

  • Lead on-site project teams and conduct regular progress meetings

  • Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes and safety regulations

  • Prepare and submit regular project reports to executive leadership and ownership


Profile


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing ground-up construction projects, preferably in mixed-use or multifamily sectors

  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling tools

  • Proven experience managing projects with integrated parking garages and/or retail components

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
