Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex commercial and healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with a track record of managing high-value, technically complex projects.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Manage project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, and field staff
  • Ensure strict compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, infection control, and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project success and client satisfaction
  • Provide leadership in cost control, change orders, and risk management
  • Track project financials and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Develop and maintain strong subcontractor and vendor relationships
  • Mentor and develop assistant project managers and project engineers

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of commercial and/or healthcare construction experience
  • Proven experience managing ground-up and renovation projects exceeding $50M
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, P6, and other industry software
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
