Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will lead complex commercial and healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with a track record of managing high-value, technically complex projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Manage project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, and field staff
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, infection control, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Provide leadership in cost control, change orders, and risk management
- Track project financials and maintain accurate forecasting
- Develop and maintain strong subcontractor and vendor relationships
- Mentor and develop assistant project managers and project engineers
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of commercial and/or healthcare construction experience
- Proven experience managing ground-up and renovation projects exceeding $50M
- Strong knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, P6, and other industry software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
