Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Currently, we are looking for a skilled Regional Engineering Manager who is looking to grow into a Director of Engineering position and oversee engineering operations for 5 plants across the US and Mexico.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Project Master Schedules to track and drive timelines.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact during pre-production phases.
  • Identify program delays and create action plans for resolution.
  • Oversee project costing, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Lead APQP processes and ensure compliance with TS16949 Quality Management System.
  • Manage all sample orders, FG planning, and component sourcing.
  • Coordinate kick-off meetings, program reviews, and customer events.
  • Utilize Oracle, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and planning.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related field (or 5+ years of experience).
  • Experience in injection molding, plastics, or part assembly preferred.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to monitor costing, budgeting, and project timelines.
  • Effective communication skills, both technical and operational.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and Oracle.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, including international travel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with project core tools such as ECOs, Safe Launch, and HVPT.
  • Strong math and analytical skills for cost monitoring and reporting.
