An industry leading building materials manufacturing company is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager to their growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of improvement projects and new facility construction at various manufacturing sites across the US.
Responsibilities
- Assess manufacturing facilities from an infrastructure and operational perspective.
- Develop working plans to address short term and long-term services necessary to maintain appropriate operational capability.
- Lead maintenance and repair projects from start to finish.
- Work cross functionally with various internal and external engineering teams to deliver projects on-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 8+ years of facilities maintenance experience
- Proven experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Must have previous experience working on construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team development.
