The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking to take full control of high-profile developments? This is your opportunity to step into a Senior Project Manager role where you ll lead large-scale residential and commercial projects across the North West. Your input will be key as you take ownership of all phases, from pre-construction to handover, with the backing of a trusted and respected contractor.

As a Senior Project Manager, you ll be responsible for shaping the direction, pace, and quality of your projects. Working with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors, you ll ensure delivery meets exacting standards while maintaining budget and programme targets.

Your Responsibilities
In your role as Senior Project Manager, you ll lead the full project lifecycle coordinating teams, monitoring progress, and driving performance to achieve excellent results. You ll own the delivery programme, handle stakeholder communication, and oversee health & safety, compliance, and quality assurance across the site.

You ll also bring your expertise as a Senior Project Manager to problem-solving, cost control, and team leadership. Whether you re dealing with subcontractors, reporting to directors, or presenting to clients, your calm, professional presence will set the tone.

As a Senior Project Manager, you ll also mentor junior staff, promote a culture of safety and accountability, and ensure that works are executed in line with the overall strategy and scope.
