Join our team in global business services within our Supply Chain Platform Transformation (SCPT) group to enable SAP Security Applications and become an integral part of our high-profile project in GBS One Supply Services to upgrade to SAP S/4 HANA systems. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, SAP S4 Hanna with a depth of SAP security experience, preferably in SAP security role development. The SCPT Security workstream is responsible for SAP Security roles from SAP R/3 to the new S/4 HANA in the supply chain systems.

After gaining understanding of the Supply Chain Platform Transportation (SCPT) project testing methodology this individual will lead resources across the project's technical workstreams in the testing of their upgraded security roles. Develop and deploy project plans, align test resources and execution and once the test cycle starts the will track/communicate testing progress by testers and defect closure.

You will work closely with the SAP Operations team from Identity and Access Management who will take ownership for SAP security roles in the systems after the projects have completed. Lead the alignment of the Service Acceptance Criteria and timing. Supervise progress against the criteria and final completion by Security workstream resources up so that all criteria met on time. Job Responsibilities:
  • Pilot assessments of SAP Role Validation for the project upgrade.
  • Work with the Security business leader to define automation scenarios and lead the effort.
  • Collaborate with vendors and P&G SAP Role Governance team regarding automation technical fixes and future development opportunities.
  • Represent our Security Workstream as the Access Management Owner.
  • Develop and deploy the strategy, standards, and processes for user access.
  • Engage with project management, system owners, and Security Business leader for their requirements.
  • Collaborate with security technical resources regarding SAP access standards and P&G compliance policies.
  • Deploy Access Management processes to the S/4 HANA project team.
  • Ensure vendor resources provide timely access request.
  • Lead Release to Operations
Job Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in Audit, risk management, internal controls, compliance, or a related field, focusing on SAP systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of SAP Security Role Knowledge, familiarity with SAP security role build, particularly in the context of upgrading from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 HANA, user access management in SAP S/4 systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, particularly in IT or SAP environments.
