Description
This Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end
- Ability to lead a team by providing intentional and proactive leadership within the safety culture on site
- Oversee the management of successful construction projects
- Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for clients
- Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship
- Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects
- Travel to job site 1-2 days a week
Profile
In return for a high value compensation package, a successful candidate will possess the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields preferred
- Ground-up project experience
- Experience in running large, complex, ground-up projects
- Experience in overseeing projects from inception to completion
- Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
- Proficient in software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
