- Oversee and manage large-scale projects across the healthcare, K-12, and higher education sectors.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Implement project controls using Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Office.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including obtaining required permits.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
