Senior Project Manager MetroPower is hiring an Electrical Project Manager in Athens, AL The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the safe and profitable execution of electrical projects under his/her management and will act as the primary resource who manages safety, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, profits, and sales growth for concurrent projects involving one or more customers. Safety, Quality, and Productivity must always be the primary focus. This role will continually prospect for new customers through the execution of existing projects and conduct business in accordance with PPC Partners and MetroPower, Inc. mission and vision statements. Qualified candidates MUST have electrical experience. Job responsibilities: Manage billing and collections; track accounts receivable and manage working capital Forecast weekly goals based on human and material resources and equipment. Analyze and forecast factors that affect results to maximum efficiency within the electrical project. Provide personnel development plans, monitoring, coaching, feedback & growth opportunities to direct reports. Develop and maintain relationships with customers; ensure high quality service is provided to guarantee repeat sales and favorable recommendations. At least 8 years of experience in a Sr Project Manager/Project Manager overseeing teams within electrical construction. Extensive (10+ years) experience/knowledge of electrical construction design, finance, and management. Positive safety attitude and personal integrity - both are non-negotiable. Highly customer-service oriented & team player; ability to create new and maintain current customers. Valid driver's license and insured personal transportation is required. Excellent MS Office skills and ability/drive to learn new software systems (Procore, MS Project, other). OSHA-30 certification (if not currently certified, must be obtained within three (3) months from date of hire). Ability to apply innovative and effective leadership techniques to maximize employee performance.
