Senior Project Manager (Construction, Not IT)
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our largest revenue projects, ensuring they meet safety, financial, and construction goals. This role requires overseeing multiple projects, establishing objectives, managing client relationships, and driving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive leadership and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, procurement processes, and financial activities.
- Oversee construction, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Managers and Engineers.
- Manage project schedules, permits, and close-out processes.
Qualifications:
- 4-year engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction.
- Proven ability to manage large projects and budgets with a self performing General Contractor.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Primavera, Microsoft Office, and financial software.
- Valid driver's license.
