As a Senior Project Manager in Healthcare Construction, you'll be at the helm of groundbreaking projects that will shape the future of the healthcare industry. You'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge healthcare facilities, including hospitals, medical office buildings (MOBs), and various expansion and renovation projects. This permanent role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a diverse range of healthcare construction projects from start to finish, including ground up construction, expansions, additions, and renovations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are effectively coordinated and completed on time and within budget.
- Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met and maintaining strong relationships.
- Manage project risks, identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.
- Ensure that all projects comply with industry regulations and standards, as well as our own stringent quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, budget updates, and any significant issues or changes.
- Continually look for opportunities to improve processes and outcomes, driving efficiency and quality across all projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing ground up construction, expansion, addition, and renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its unique requirements and standards.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent client management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients, team members, and senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) are highly desirable.
