Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager at Top Shelf Project Management. The project manager will need to relocate to the project. Housing and work visas will be provided. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing ground-up construction at one of our Caribbean resort projects.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Project Management expertise
- Inspection and Logistics Management experience
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus
- Cost Management expertise
- Contract Management expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
