Headquartered in St. Louis, MO, they have a small, high-impact team that combines top-tier experience with entrepreneurial energy to bring meaningful projects to life.

Position Overview

I'm searching for a Senior Project Finance Associate with 2-3 years of experience to support the structuring and execution of project-level and corporate-level financing across our utility-scale solar and storage portfolio. In addition to project finance execution, the role also includes exposure to capital raises at the corporate and platform level.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage detailed project finance models to support debt, tax equity, and M&A transactions.

  • Contribute to corporate capital raises, including equity and structured financing processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, engineering, legal, real estate) to align financing strategy with project execution timelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage due diligence processes and data rooms for lenders, investors, and advisors.
  • Monitor relevant market trends, policy shifts, and financial innovations across PJM, MISO, ERCOT, and Southeastern U.S. markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, corporate finance, structured finance, or a similar field. Renewable energy experience required
  • Navigating Tax Equity models, required
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel

The Team

You'll work alongside a lean but experienced team of professionals from Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, and Renewable Energy Development backgrounds. The environment is hands-on, fast-paced, and supportive, with leadership committed to mentorship, professional growth, and pushing talent to take ownership from day one.

If you want to excel in your career, this is your chance.
