We are seeking a Senior Project Controller who will partner closely with Division Leadership and Corporate Finance teams to drive operational and financial excellence.
- Lead the administrative, risk management, financial planning, accounting, and budgeting functions for the division, playing a key role in the growth and expansion of the Division's financial and market potential.
- Collaborate with Division Leadership to set and implement division objectives aligned with corporate goals.
- Provide financial consultation and training to division and operational leaders, develop and manage budgets, ensure compliance with accounting policies, and oversee daily operations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of accounting systems.
- Optimize business efficiencies, ensure timely and accurate reporting, support ERP systems, manage business compliance, and foster team collaboration and professional development.
- Drive operational and financial excellence within the division.
- Ideal candidate with have a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance, 10+ years of senior-level finance or accounting experience, and preferably a CPA license.
- Must have experience leading and developing large teams
- Must have job costing experience and subcontract experience as it relates to building and engineering project management
- Must be willing to go to the office in Herndon VA
