What Success Looks Like:
  • Complete all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle on new software application
    • Help with and in many cases take full responsibility to gather requirements
    • Design and develop application logic, database objects, user interfaces and reports which comply with gathered business requirements for new software applications or changes to existing applications. The difficulty of these applications can range from easy to difficult
    • Test new software applications or changes to existing applications and help coordinate User Acceptance Testing as needed prior to implementation
    • Prepare new software applications or changes to existing applications for implementation
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides.
    • Write up basic user and/or technical documentation for new software applications or changes to existing applications when deemed necessary
    • Helps to support various ERP systems and 3rd party applications with basic admin functions and data analysis and corrections.
    • Willingness and ability to write clean, well-documented code
  • Respond to all support ticket requests within the time frame outlined in our IT support policies
  • Lead and coordinate technical projects with a solid knowledge of project management practices under minimal supervision
    • Work in a manner that keeps applications, systems, and processes in compliance with SOX, General Computing Controls, and the Company's business policies.
    • Experience in integrating different systems and components.
    • Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Strong understanding of various programming languages and frameworks.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience as an IT professional
  • Technical expertise in one or more of the following is required: C, C , Java (Preferred), C (Strongly preferred).
  • Technical expertise with SQL stored procedures, preferably T-SQL/SSMS
  • Experience with EDI is preferred.
  • Experience with Unit Testing frameworks such as NUnit or MSpec is preferred.
  • Experience with source control tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps is

The targeted salary range for this position is $102,830 to $134,245 plus potential to earn an annual bonus.
