We are looking for an experienced program manager to oversee a five-year IDIQ contract that supports a key government customer in Chantilly, Virginia. About the role: The IDIQ Program Manager (PM) will employ strong communication and collaboration skills to lead technical resources and teams, while also reporting on technical progress, challenges, and risks. The PM may be responsible for writing and reviewing technical documents in support of Government IDIQ proposals. Their scope of work will include developing, maintaining, and enhancing project management practices in accordance with PMBOK and industry standards and best practices to support the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). The PM will monitor and report on project costs, performance, schedules, risks, and issues. The PM will track schedule performance and implement corrective actions in response to schedule deviations. Additionally, the PM may provide future cost estimates and pricing support for new IDIQ opportunities in response to Government requirements. Required Education, Experience, & Skills A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience as a program manager managing programs within the ODNI. A bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, etc.). A Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or DAWIA Certification. Experience managing Multi-Award IDIQ contracts with multiple task orders and teammates. Prior program management experience in one or more domains: Cybersecurity, Enterprise IT, and/or Cloud Architecture and Migration. Experience managing Firm Fixed Price and Level of Effort type contracts Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting Experience using Microsoft collaboration tools to include Teams Desired Education, Experience, & Skills Experience successfully developing Intelligence Community proposals for IT and Software projects Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
