DSA is seeking a Senior Program Manager with a Secret Clearance to work at the DSA Fairfax Office and travel to customer site at the Pentagon as required, with experience in managing and running large complex programs in a high tempo DoD environment that supports all levels of users from the novice up to highly proficient Senior Leaders. Minimum responsibilities include: Serve as prime contract senior manager and authorized interface for the Government Program Manager and Management

• Perform supervisory program management and oversight to ensure successful program performance and is responsible for overall performance on the contract

• Plan, direct, and manage program initiatives to ensure successful delivery of services

• Supervise and lead a team of professionals across various labor categories and skill sets

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Other responsibilities include: assigning staff, formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor and subcontractor lead personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates; expected to devote an appropriate amount of me to the overall management of this Contract, including coordination with Government staff, and assuring quality of work performed

• This position requires on-site visits to the government facility at the Pentagon as needed or as directed by the Government Requirements include:

• Undergraduate degree in Information Systems Engineering, or Computer Science, or Business or relevant field.
• Minimum 15 years of management experience with 10 years of information systems management experience.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Army Planning, Program, and Budget business systems. Must possess a thorough understanding of planning, programming and budget formulation systems, components and capabilities used within the Army and OSD.
• Experience must include the supervision of business solutions, infrastructure, systems design, development, responsibility for contract administration, and personnel hiring and scheduling.

• Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication, with a preference for experience communicating with the highest levels of management.

• Knowledge of industry-accepted Agile standards and best practices
• TS clearance with SCI eligibility. Desired Requirements include:

• Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing software development and cloud operations efforts
• Demonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced in this PWS.

• Demonstrated experience in a DOD IT environment.

• Experience working in the Pentagon.

• Excellent communication skills at senior government levels.
