DSA is seeking a Senior Program Manager with a TS/SCI to work at the Pentagon/Crystal City area with experience in managing and running large complex programs in a high tempo DoD environment that supports all levels of users from the novice up to highly proficient Senior Leaders. Minimum responsibilities include:
• Plan, direct, and manage program initiatives to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Supervise and lead a team of professionals across various labor categories and skill sets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Manage performance-based contracts and task orders in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Requirements include:
• Demonstrated experience as a program manager with a preferred minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication, with a preference for experience communicating with the highest levels of management.
• Knowledge of industry-accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations and ITSM.
• TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience in the military or working with senior military leaders.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a IT/Computer related field or in Business Administration
• Certified as a Project Management Professional or been certified under DAWIA in the Program Manager or Information Technology Management fields Desired Requirements include:
• Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing Service Delivery or sales efforts in a similar-sized services organization to JSP.
• Demonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced in this PWS.
• Knowledge of industry-accepted standards and best practices related to Service Delivery's mission.
• Demonstrated experience in a DOD IT environment.
• Experience managing performance-based contracts and/or task orders and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Experience working in the Pentagon.
• Excellent communication skills at senior government levels.
• A Master's Degree in an IT/Computer related field or Business Administration
