If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver's license. Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead customer services readiness and support for new product and service introductions, driving cross-functional teamwork and innovation. This role involves strategic planning, risk management, and process improvement with direct influence on the organization's success in introducing new services and products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and readiness of customer services to support new products and services across multiple functions globally. Manage the development of program scope, schedules, stakeholder lists, processes, and execution with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Identify and manage risks, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Influence all management levels through outstanding verbal and written communication skills, driving strategic decisions. Organize and manage projects related to New Product Introductions (NPI) and New Services Introductions (NSI) to meet business objectives, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Must-Have Skills: Minimum 10 years of experience in technology-focused roles, with a strong background in program or technical program management. Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, network security, or cloud technologies. SaaS experience is desired. Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred. Industry Experience: Experience in Customer Support, Services Introduction, or related fields within the Technology industry is required.
