Providence is calling a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives who will: Be responsible for supporting divisional and shared services teams in advancement of key strategic initiatives and projects in support of Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH)'s Communication department Be responsible for providing strategic program management to support regional and system-wide brand, communication and social impact continuous performance improvement efforts Lead / Manage both direct and virtual teams from concept phase through strategic implementation in partnership with cross-functional and system partnerships, initiatives and projects of varying size and complexity Utilize superior organizational and communication skills Organize activities and move initiatives forward in an ambiguous environment Serve as a strategic partner to Communication, system and division leaders Develop and drive change Facilitate alignment Create measurable impact in communities served by Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH) Perform all duties in a manner that promotes PSJH Mission, values, and philosophy Serve as a role model for the values and Mission of the organization Providence welcomes 100% remote work for applicants who reside in one of the following State: Washington Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 5+ Years of experience managing virtual teams within project management, consulting, health planning and / or business analytics 3+ Years of experience in healthcare operations Strong project management experience, including development of work plans, metrics, and monitoring processes Demonstrated experience and success in leading cross-functional and virtual teams for strategically-essential system initiatives with varying complexity Some experience that demonstrates effectiveness in accomplishing objectives in a complex organization Preferred qualifications for this position include: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience Project Management Professional (PMP) Performance improvement experience using a variety of performance improvement tools Change management, facilitation, or process improvement methodologies with substantial project management experience of complex, multi-regional, strategically important initiatives Salary Range by Location: Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min:$47.33, Max: $76.19 Washington: Tukwila: Min:$49.34, Max: $79.42 Washington: Eastern: Min:$42.12, Max: $67.80 Washington: Southeastern: Min:$44.12, Max: $71.03 Why Join Providence?
