Senior Program Manager

Project manage multiple activities under one or more client. Provide strategic guide related to processes and resolution paths. Provide well researched POV documents on a variety of solutions related to project work. Analyze processes continuously for refinement and execute measures for optimization. Monitor project health via resourcing, profitability, burn rates, and KPIs. Architect solutions that best meet client requirements. Support creation of request for proposal (RFP) responses. Maintain direct client relationships and serve as a key point of contact. Drive team dynamics, lead project financial performance, clearly communicate status, and drive progression towards dates. Client proxy for agile teams and support to groom and refine user stories and acceptance criteria. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $155,542/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, a related field and two (2) years of related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept four (4) years of related work experience. Must have two (2) years of experience with/in: Analyst, project management, technical, and or business experience; Agile software development methodologies; Running or working with agile teams; Multiple application lifecycle management solutions; Creating and drafting contracts and scopes of work; Working with clients to define KPIs and meaningful metrics to report project health; and Understanding of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
