Program Overview This program is an SI/SETA contract that combines two classified contracts, providing 114 staff covering multiple technical and business disciplines to execute Systems Engineering/Integration, Mission Planning, and Business Operations for the Restricted customer. About The Role Peraton is seeking a program-level Systems Engineer/Systems Integrator (SE/SI). The SE/SI will provide overall programmatic support, and will help drive the development, documentation, and enhancements to the end-to-end TCPED functions, including its associated internal and external system architectures, interfaces, and stakeholders. This role will ensure that the office is delivering on it's commitments. The SE/SI will provide guidance and support to the Program Manager with emphasis on the TCPED aspects of the program and how those efforts interface with other ongoing efforts. Create artifacts that document the existing high-level TCPED architecture
Assist in developing artifacts to reflect the agreed upon future high-level TCPED architecture
Work with other elements across the organization to ensure that the future high-level architecture integrates with other ongoing efforts
Assist in the development, maintenance, and review of a strategic program plan and roadmap that lays out the near-term, mid-term, and long-term goals and activities of the program that map to the organizational priorities
Assist in the development of program status briefing documents for internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership
Assist in coordinating program meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Attend meetings, both in WMA and out of area, and help track and document meeting minutes, action items, and high-level program milestones/schedules
Review deliverables and provide feedback to leadership from vendors providing project-level support the office
Create and maintain an office onboarding packet and assist leadership in onboarding new members to the office
Assist in establishing and maintaining configuration management for the end-to-end TCPED life-cycle
Assist with establishing best practices for the office's information systems consistent with ISO-9001
Support leadership in maintaining compliance with governance plans
Qualifications Required: Active/current TS/SCI with an active relevant Polygraph
BS/BA from accredited university plus 8 years of experience, or 6 years of experience with an MS/MA
Must have at least 5+ years of experience with the customer
Must have 5+ years of systems engineering, systems integration, and/or business integration experience
Demonstrated experience supporting customer with developing program documentation, including architecture views, system interfaces, strategic plans and roadmaps
Demonstrated experience with customer budget and contracts processes
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with MS Office products, such as Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, written and oral, to include interfacing with stakeholdersDesired: 10+ years of experience with customer, with 5+ years of systems engineering, systems integration, and/or business integration experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
familiarity with TCPED systemsTravel Requirements: WMA and out of WMA to attend program meetings
2 CONUS trips per year with an expected duration of five days inclusive of travel
some program meetings may require travel inside WMA
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range Details Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
