Overview SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANALYST/ SENIOR FUNCTIONAL ANALYSTS (PMW220) Bowhead is seeking multiple Senior Program Management Analysts/Senior Functional Analysts in Washington, D.C The candidate will provide senior consultative support to assist the Navy ERP program in developing its next-generation capability. We are seeking candidates for these open positions: S/4 Finance Lead S/4 Logistics Lead Functional Solution Architect (S/4) Technical Architect (S/4) S/4 Basis SME Data Solution Architect (S/4) The candidate will provide expert consultation to assist the government with defining requirements, developing the strategy roadmap, and determining the architecture to support the new capability. This role can be a remote position. Responsibilities Essential duties include: Provide subject matter expertise and inputs to the Government leads in all phases (Plan and Analyze, Design, Build, Test & Deployment, Go live and support) of the software development lifecycle. Assist the Government in conducting analysis of performance enhancements, business drivers, costs and schedule, with resolution of integration issues. Assist the Government with the preparation of documents and briefs that will be utilized during the governance board meetings to facilitate Government decisions regarding proposed changes in terms of cost, schedule, technical impact, and business impact. Review and update required operations plans and documentation. Provide integrated tracking of documents and tasks within the portfolio to ensure seamless planning and execution of requirements. Provide assessment and recommendations for the Government, including likely impacts to system(s), configuration(s), sustainment, and user experience enhancements. Monitor and evaluate results of existing plans and recommend adjustments as necessary. Keep leadership apprised of changes to existing projects and implement updates to those project plans as necessary. Provide technical expertise necessary to prepare, revise, and review briefing material (including demonstrations). Identify risks associated with schedule dependencies and clearly communicate these risks to project team leadership. Review/Modify/Recommend Updates to schedules and collaborate with team members to generate critical dependencies and ensure accurate scheduling. Monitor and evaluate results of existing plans and recommend adjustments as necessary. Keep leadership apprised of changes to existing projects and implement updates to those project plans and schedules as necessary. Assist in the development of business cases while considering the functional relationships of operational (functional) sponsors and the need for integrating operational sponsor deliverables with Program Office products. Participate in an advisory role in Program Office planning meetings and strategy sessions; provide documentation as tasked. Provide strategic planning, analysis and advisory assistance to the organization in decision-making processes. Maintain documentation of processes, procedures and configurations. Develop concise, realistic, and executable implementation schedules and improvement plans. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations. Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Apply analytic techniques in support of the evaluation of program/project objectives. Design S/4 data architecture and reporting solutions. Design and lead S/4 systems from an application and database perspective. Design S/4 technical architecture and network schema. Develop low-code/no-code solutions in an S/4 environment. Design supply solutions based on DoD regulations and policy. Design financial solutions based on DoD regulations and policy Qualifications Five (5) Years experience with SAP S/4 Hana. Five (5) years of experience with SAP ECC. Fifteen (15) years of overall professional work experience. Five (5) years of experience in a manager or lead position. Must have experience in SAP (FI, FM, CO, SD, PS, AM, WFM, IM/WM, MM, OF, SCM) with significant recent experience in integration, solution delivery, and data management. Navy ERP SAP solution experience is preferred. Experience in an Agile delivery environment. Ability to interact and negotiate with senior stakeholders on deliverables in support of project completion. Experience using MS Project. Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written skills. Excellent critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Experience in developing and delivering briefings to all levels of Government leadership. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 5 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
