Join JRC's Systems Engineering & Integration Team. We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Program Analyst to join our team and assist the Director of Plans and Programs. In this role, you will help manage workflows to ensure efficient and effective program management, prioritize daily deliverables, oversee integrated master scheduling, draft executive correspondence, and facilitate meetings and offsites for leadership, DoD, and industry partners. You will work with division stakeholders to track and produce deliverables for the Director, and report on programmatic actions to senior leadership. Additionally, you will review, edit, and assist in creating internal documents related to the TRIDENT II Weapons System, Conventional Prompt Strike, and Sea-Launch Cruise Missile - Nuclear programs, coordinating related input and approval from government and industry partners. As the Senior Program Analyst, you will: Gain a robust knowledge of our cultures and practices, and lead coordination for high-level events for the Command and industry partners. Execute coordination efforts between branch heads/SESs, develop program updates, and reporting materials as needed on behalf of the Director of Plans and Programs. Create internal program status reports on behalf of the division. Assist in creating, reviewing, and editing instructions, meeting minutes, memorandums, formal letters, program briefings, and other documentation. Facilitate and organize weekly division meetings, draft and edit presentations, and provide status updates to branch leadership. What you bring to the table: Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. Experience: 15+ years of experience in project management, programmatic development, and administrative excellence. Clearance: An Active DoD Secret clearance Skills: Demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), and strong verbal and written communication skills. Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% Bonus Points for: Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Project and Kidasa Milestone platforms. Knowledge: Familiarity with the Department of the Navy Correspondence Manual and DoD Issuance Style Guide. Background: Previous experience supporting Department of the Navy programs in an analyst capacity, and working with the TRIDENT II Weapon System material.
