Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee and optimize food service operations across multiple supermarket locations. This role is ideal for a proven leader with a strong culinary background and expertise in supermarket, retail, or food service management. The candidate must be able to travel between multiple store locations and must have reliable transportation (a personal vehicle is required).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee prepared foods departments to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Manage deli and catering operations, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Implement standardized operational procedures to enhance workflow and service.
- Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with store management and vendors to optimize product selection and cost efficiency.
- Travel between multiple supermarkets as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in food service or retail management.
- Strong leadership and operational skills, with experience managing multi-unit operations.
- Culinary expertise is required.
- Background in supermarket, grocery, or retail food environments preferred.
- Ability to write SOP's, manage budgets, streamline processes, and lead high-performing teams.
- Must have reliable transportation and a personal vehicle to travel between store locations.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually + performance-based bonus.
