Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Production Coordinator to lead and manage the end-to-end production lifecycle of our apparel collections. This role is ideal for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with deep experience in garment production, vendor management, and workflow optimization. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring on-time, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of our products.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the full production calendar from development through final delivery
  • Collaborate with design, sourcing, and merchandising teams to execute seasonal collections
  • Communicate daily with domestic and overseas vendors and factories
  • Track and manage production timelines, critical paths, and approvals
  • Identify and resolve any production issues or delays proactively
  • Maintain accurate production documentation including POs, costing sheets, and tech packs
  • Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate costs, and seek opportunities for operational efficiency
  • Ensure quality control standards are met across all products
  • Travel to factories or trade shows as needed (optional or seasonal)
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in apparel production coordination or a related role
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and textile processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with international vendors and supply chains
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PLM systems, and production tracking tools
  • Background in children's apparel a plus, but not required
