We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategic direction and market success of our BLDC Motor Drive ICs product line. Based in Silicon Valley, CA this role is pivotal in driving product positioning, customer engagement, and business growth through in-depth market insight, technical expertise, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for BLDC Motor Drive ICs, aligning with corporate goals and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with MCU ecosystem partners, enabling synergistic product integrations and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead product introductions with key customers; foster long-term relationships and develop account growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with applications engineering and sales teams to produce high-impact collateral, presentations, and messaging that clearly articulate product benefits and differentiation.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, focusing on value pricing strategies and gross margin optimization.
  • Manage strategic customer engagements and ensure alignment on key projects and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to gather market intelligence and assess competitive positioning.
  • Analyze market developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform product and marketing strategy.
  • Act as a bridge between R&D and Marketing, ensuring seamless communication on technical and commercial topics.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement and training materials for global teams.
  • Drive forecast planning, performance tracking, and executive reporting for your product line.
Job Requirements

Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Proven expertise in motor drive ICs, particularly in BLDC applications.
  • Strong technical background in BLDC topologies, software control algorithms, and hardware architectures (e.g., IPM and half-bridge).
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial, "can-do" mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build consensus across R&D, marketing, and sales.
  • Skilled in turning complex technical information into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently to domestic and international customers, partners, and industry events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and customers.
