Coordinate and execute software product launches and major enhancement updates from pre-launch planning to launch and customer communication with a cross-functional team. Assist the Software Product Marketing Manager and Sales Enablement team with developing sales training programs that facilitate the selling process. Support the creation and maintenance of sales and customer success content including product videos, sales playbooks, competitive battlecards, help guides, checklists, and collateral. Support the Product Marketing team with the Dental and IT Consultant referral program with training material and ongoing communication. Collaborate with the Software Product Marketing team with the creation of compelling, value-driven software product messaging and positioning based on intimate knowledge of customer segments, their pain points, their buying criteria and how they buy. Collaborate with Customer Marketing on campaign and content strategy for demand generation efforts. Partner with software integration partners to develop marketing assets, campaigns, and sales enablement materials. Create and execute product update communications to customer base. Lead customer retention programs and training programs to increase customer usage and satisfaction. Build and manage a user group community, with a cross-functional team, to provide customers a platform to communicate with other users, obtain support and training, learn about product features and new strategies to improve their business.
Up to 10% domestic travel to industry tradeshows 2-3 times per year.

This position is 100% remote and can be performed from any home office in the United States. The position reports to Headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota.
2 years of experience in product marketing or any occupation in which the experience was gained, plus demonstrated experience in: E-commerce or B2B SaaS marketing experience; Competitor analysis; Conducting market research; A/B testing; Managing the companys content management systems (CMS); Copywriting; Graphic design; Email newsletter content creation and management; Develop promotions including price, customer targets and disclaimers; Campaign performance tracking; Content calendar management, including leading a cross-functional team to finalize content topics, contributors of content, and content placement; and New product launch management, including leading a cross functional team, developing product messaging and updating website and marketing materials.
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a closely related field.
