Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first Humana's Primary Care Organization (PCO) is seeking a Senior Product Marketer will play a pivotal role in the Center Expansion marketing team and vital to the success and growth of the PCO. In this role, you will help lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive new patient growth for our DeNovo clinics through a strategic marketing plan, including tactics to enhance brand visibility and event planning.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Center Expansion Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business goals and fuel the growth of new clinics. You will lead the creation of multi-channel marketing plans, from initial planning through execution of media plans and grand opening events, ensuring that each strategy is tailored to local market dynamics. You'll work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and clinical departments, to drive effective campaigns that enhance patient acquisition and build strong brand recognition. Your role will also involve managing key relationships with external partners and overseeing vendor engagement to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Additionally, you will provide critical strategic insights, ensuring the marketing approach evolves based on performance data and market feedback.
Key Role Functions - Lead the development and execution of Center Expansion events and activities aimed at driving patient acquisition
- Oversee all aspects of event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for attendees and stakeholders, resolving any real-time issues as needed
- Collaborate closely with agency and vendor partners to inform and execute marketing plans for center expansion
- Facilitate alignment across internal teams, including sales, operations, and clinical staff, ensuring event objectives align with overall business goals
- Support the acquisition marketing strategy for DeNovo clinics, ensuring targeted, effective campaigns for each market
- Analyze performance reports and share insights to help market partners track progress and measure marketing impact
- Integrate internal and external strategic inputs to inform ongoing planning and optimization efforts

Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy, marketing, digital marketing, and/or media marketing
- Event planning experience
- Ability to travel frequently during peak times throughout the year
- Proven success in driving customer engagement with new products, services, or experiences
- Strong data-driven marketer with the ability to leverage insights and develop effective marketing strategies
- Skilled in persuasive storytelling and communicating with senior leadership
- Expertise in marketing frameworks and strategic planning
- Highly collaborative with excellent relationship-building skills, able to engage diverse stakeholders and gain their buy-in
- Experience managing and prioritizing diverse projects within budget perimeters
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the healthcare industry

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$94,900 - $130,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
