Shape the future of B2B FinTech. This is a unique opportunity to join a market leader at a senior level with the mandate to bring innovation and excellence in product delivery to KHI's Product team.
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and user experience for KHI's User Portals. This position is a mix of bringing greenfield product ideas to market and maturing existing product features. We are looking for someone who has a proven ability to build prominent products. Previous fintech and or E-commerce experience is highly desired.
You will work with companywide stakeholder groups, peers, designers, and software engineers to bring great user experiences to life. We seek candidates who have a track record of being subject matter experts and thought leaders in their product space. You will play a lead role in defining the usability, viability, value, and feasibility of the product/feature pipeline. To achieve this, you will conduct competitive analysis, lead empathy interviews with clients and users, and prototype to test product ideas. You are responsible for ensuring we are building the right features the right way, launching them effectively, and monitoring the post-launch outcomes for necessary product optimizations.
You will represent the customer's interests in product decisions and partner with stakeholders to ensure business interests are upheld. You will serve as the trusted, acknowledged expert for your product category. You should have a proven track record of making data-driven decisions in a continuous discovery and delivery-based product development ecosystem.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Own the product lifecycle from strategy through execution for a G2B aviation payment solution, including APIs, portals, and backend services.
o Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features on time and within scope.
o Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand payment processes, compliance requirements, and technical constraints.
o Translate complex regulatory and security requirements into clear product decisions.
o Analyze data and customer feedback to iterate on products and drive continuous improvement.
o Identify opportunities for innovation in public sector payment infrastructure, especially around digital transformation and automation in government aviation.
o Serve as the product evangelist, articulating the product vision and roadmap to a range of stakeholders.
o Work with engineering manger to create detailed delivery plans for contractual requirements.
o Write users stories with detailed acceptance criteria and a clear understanding of the 'why'
o Manage UAT process, release notes, and defect management throughout product delivery
Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:
o 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to fintech, payments, or government services.
o Demonstrated success managing products with complex regulatory, compliance, or security requirements.
o Strong understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and integration patterns (e.g., APIs, file-based interfaces).
o Experience working with or within government entities is a strong plus.
o Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
o Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
