Are you passionate about the behind-the-scenes tech that keeps everything running smoothly? We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure and hardware systems to help upgrade the technology backbone of our world-class casino and hospitality operations.

This role is all about building and optimizing the core systems-servers, networks, data centers, and enterprise hardware-that keep our high-traffic environment secure, reliable, and lightning-fast. What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead the charge on infrastructure-focused projects, working across departments and with external vendors to ensure our tech is not just functional, but built to perform at scale. From modernizing our server architecture to making sure our networks can handle everything from booking systems to mobile apps, you'll be at the center of it all.
Alongside IT and engineering, you'll help drive strategy, prioritize initiatives, and make sure our systems are optimized for both uptime and future growth. You'll also dig into performance data to uncover opportunities and guide smarter decisions.
We're looking for someone who knows how to navigate complex technical environments, can speak both hardware and business, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

What You Bring
You've spent a solid 7+ years working with enterprise IT infrastructure in high-demand environments, ideally with exposure to the casino, hospitality, or similarly fast-paced industries. You're comfortable managing infrastructure lifecycles-from planning and procurement to deployment and optimization. You understand the ins and outs of server management, network design, system reliability, and vendor coordination.
You've worked with data tools like SQL and Tableau to drive decisions and track performance. You know how to work across teams and communicate clearly, whether you're working with IT, external partners, or senior leadership.
