Job Details
Position Overview:
As the Senior Product Manager, you will be at the intersection of human resources, real estate development, and wellness initiatives. You will drive the successful integration of wellness strategies into our rental housing developments while collaborating closely with HR to support employee development and organizational health. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our communities not only meet real estate goals but also align with our mission of fostering well-being for both residents and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Development:
Lead the development and execution of wellness initiatives within our real estate communities, ensuring alignment with our company's vision.
Collaborate with the real estate development team to integrate wellness-centric amenities, sustainable design, and resident programs.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the timely delivery of wellness-focused housing projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with HR to align product strategies with company culture, employee well-being, and professional growth initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and development teams to ensure that wellness features are effectively communicated to both residents and employees.
Resident & Employee Engagement:
Develop programs and tools that promote wellness for both residents and employees, including fitness programs, mental health support, community engagement activities, and more.
Use feedback from community residents and employees to iterate and improve wellness offerings.
Market Research & Trends:
Stay up-to-date on market trends, wellness innovations, and best practices in the real estate development space.
Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our communities are positioned as leaders in wellness-focused living.
Metrics & Reporting:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of wellness initiatives within communities and employee wellness programs.
Regularly report on wellness program performance, community health metrics, and resident satisfaction to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Human Resources, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in product management, real estate development, HR, or wellness program management.
Proven track record of developing and managing cross-functional wellness or real estate projects.
Strong understanding of wellness initiatives, human resources practices, and real estate development principles.
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Passion for creating communities that enhance wellness and quality of life for residents and employees.
