- Product Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive strategies that align with business goals and customer needs, working with international stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap.
- Product Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define product requirements, making critical decisions to ensure timely development and quality standards.
- Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and initiatives based on business objectives, customer feedback, and overall value, continuously adjusting as market conditions change.

- Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights to executive stakeholders and manage business processes such as budget reviews and strategic planning.
Job Qualifications Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience in B2B product management, particularly in enterprise software, with a deep understanding of international logistics, customs clearance, and trade regulations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Thorough understanding of international vendor and shipper booking processes and systems to promote efficient flow on carrier contracts, along with strong knowledge of customs documentation.
- Experience with enterprise-level international logistics and trade compliance software platforms (e.g., CargoWise, Descartes, Oracle GTM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to translate business objectives into a structured product strategy effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence across teams.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha.) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Aptitude for thriving in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team members.
