Salary Range: $190,000-$230,000 base plus very generous early employee equity. Overall comp is at 90th % of the market. What You'll Do
Build the Product - As part of the engineering team, you'll collaborate closely with design and product stakeholders to plan, architect, and implement core product features. You'll focus on refining the product experience by iterating in small, fast-moving cycles to deliver meaningful value to customers.
Build the Technical Foundation - The work done today will shape the efficiency and flexibility of future development. Given the complexity of the problems being tackled, you will contribute to building a technical foundation that can adapt to diverse product needs while remaining robust and scalable.
Grow the Team - Early team members play a critical role in attracting, onboarding, and mentoring talented individuals. The strength of the team is a key factor in delivering exceptional products, and you'll help set the tone by modeling collaboration, innovation, and a growth mindset.
Role Responsibilities
- Build features like commenting, pull requests, and other tools that make collaboration intuitive and seamless.
- Develop AI-driven capabilities to automate tedious tasks and provide insights that help users better understand changes in their businesses.
- Implement a full version history system, allowing users to "time travel" to any point in their data.
- Design and build no-code data visualization and analysis tools to make financial insights accessible to a broader range of stakeholders within organizations.
