•   Lead the conceptualization and development of new product and packaging solutions
•   Work closely with customers to understand brand needs and create designs that align with their competitive goals
•   Utilize multiple packaging technologies, including thermoforming, injection molding, blow molding, and paperboard
•   Conduct research and competitive analysis to develop cutting-edge, market-driven designs
•   Present design concepts to customers, brand managers, and leadership teams, guiding projects from ideation to production
•   Manage the rapid sample creation and approval process
•   Ensure designs align with sustainability goals and environmental initiatives
•   Contribute to patent searches and intellectual property protection
•   Support new product launches by overseeing design implementation and production processes What We're Looking For
•   Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in product or tooling design
•   OR an Associate degree with 10 years of industry experience in plastics, packaging, or manufacturing
•   Proficiency in 2D and 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
•   Experience with thermoforming, injection molding, and other packaging technologies
•   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze different packaging solutions for maximum impact
•   Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with multiple levels of customer management
•   Self-directed and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
•   Passion for sustainability and experience integrating eco-friendly materials into packaging designs Work Environment & Tools

•   Access to 3D printers, CAD software, Adobe Suite, MS Office, and Oracle
