We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our New Verticals team. You'll work across discovery, growth, merchandising, and campaign work for Grocery and Shopping.

We are a hybrid-first business, expecting attendance at the office 3x weekly on average.

About the team you'll be joining

New Verticals is a small yet highly productive team. In 2024, we contributed significantly to the company's growth.

Our work includes innovative '0 to 1' projects, awareness-building initiatives, impactful campaigns, and launching new categories and collections.

As a full-stack design team covering content, research, and localization, we collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to execute our product strategy.

Working on both Partner and Consumer products offers diverse experiences and challenges, making our work rewarding.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive excellence and champion consistency: Focus on UI craftsmanship, including illustration and animation, and facilitate regular planning and critique meetings.
  • Collaborate with your team and other designers: Define, design, and iterate on product features across web and mobile platforms.
  • Communicate proactively: Share updates, gather feedback, and unblock designers as needed.
  • Shape product strategy and vision: Work with user research and product managers.
  • Assist with technical implementation: Collaborate with engineering and contribute to the design system when needed.
  • Contribute to team culture and community: Participate in team events and practice groups.
