Job Title: Procurement Analyst - III (Senior)

Location: Rahway, NJ 07065

50% onsite (Onsite: Mon & Wed)

Duration: 05+ months contract (Extendable)


Must Haves:

  • 7+ years of indirect procurement experience
  • Strong background in developing category strategies, running RFPs, negotiations, and contract reviews
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with maturity and confidence
  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • Healthcare, FMCG or Life Sciences industry experience preferred
  • SAP experience required, ARIBA preferred

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Procurement - 7+ years of Global Procurement / Global Strategic Sourcing or global business management (Consulting, Finance, HR) experience.
  • Technical - Indirect Procurement Global Category Management knowledge, including global experience in Professional Services.
  • Deep expertise in the Management Advisory Services Category including Category Strategy.
  • Development, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management and Project Management and Execution.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Associate Director of Professional Services Procurement and leads the Advisory Services Program.
  • Partners with leaders across the organization to:
  • Develop a global strategy and portfolio for Management Advisory Services.
  • Deliver high-quality consulting support focused on ROI.
  • Support procurement in shaping a global category strategy.
  • Leads the refresh of Advisory Services Procurement Strategy, including:
  • Category, contract, risk, and stakeholder management strategies.
  • Supplier Relationship Management Program.
  • Maintains strong relationships with senior leaders across corporate functions.
