Join our team as a PowerApps Developer and play a key role in transforming how tax professionals' work. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications on the
Microsoft Power Platform, integrating them with Azure and SQL Server to streamline tax workflows and drive efficiency across internal and client-facing systems.
This position spans the full software development lifecycle-from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
How you will contribute
Responsibilities
•Collaborate with tax domain experts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•Design and build model-driven and canvas PowerApps.
•Create and optimize workflows using Power Automate.
•Integrate PowerApps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Azure services.
•Develop and maintain SQL stored procedures and complex queries.
•Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments.
•Troubleshoot, support, and enhance existing applications.
•Mentor junior developers as needed
Qualifications
•A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field
•4-7 years of professional software-development experience.
•2+ years of hands-on development with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.
•Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including writing and optimizing stored procedures.
•Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, etc.).
•Experience designing and orchestrating ETL/ELT pipelines with Azure Data Factory (ADF) is plus.
•Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
•A natural flair for problem solving and an entrepreneurial approach to work
•A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes
