Our client is seeking a skilled Contract Senior Power Platform Developer to spearhead the development and optimization of business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. This role calls for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of technical solutions, a flair for innovation, and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Power Platform Developer / D365
- Lead and develop custom solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Work in collaboration with business analysts and cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy solutions that address business needs while aligning with strategic objectives.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of applications.
- Provide mentorship to less experienced developers and uphold high standards in coding and documentation practices.
- Stay updated on new technologies and assess their potential impact.
- Handle continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and ensure compliance with governance policies
Qualifications Senior Power Platform Developer / D365
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft's software stack, with a significant focus on Microsoft Power Platform technologies and Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, JSON, and a solid grasp of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in implementing application security measures.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams.
Preferred Skills of the Senior Power Platform Developer / D365
- Knowledge of API management, Microsoft Fabric, and other relevant technologies.
- Certifications related to Microsoft Power Platform are desirable.
Work Environment:
- This role is primarily office-based, involving standard office equipment. The position requires frequent sitting, standing, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
