Key Responsibilities 1. Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of distressed commercial mortgage loans, ensuring timely and effective resolution. 2. Loan Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of loan performance, financials, and market trends to inform resolution strategies. 3. Workout and Restructuring: Develop and implement workout and restructuring plans to maximize loan recoveries. 4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as asset management, originations, and legal, as well as external parties, including borrowers, servicers, and investors. 5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Skills and Qualifications 1. Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience in commercial mortgage special servicing, workout, or restructuring. 2. Commercial Mortgage Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of commercial mortgage products, including loan documents, servicing agreements, and regulatory requirements. 3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. 4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Career Path and Growth Opportunities 1.
