We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Senior Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the President. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and experienced in supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
As Personal Assistant:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the President's personal affairs, including scheduling personal appointments, coordinating family activities, and handling personal errands to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.
- Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements-both business and personal-including detailed itineraries, logistics, and coordination with household staff to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the planning and execution of personal events and philanthropic engagements, ensuring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail at every stage.
- Serve as a key liaison between the President and their personal network-including family, friends, vendors, and external partners-facilitating clear communication and maintaining trusted relationships.
What You'll Do As Executive Assistant:
- Act as a strategic partner to the President by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and optimizing time with precision and foresight.
- Oversee and prioritize dynamic schedules, ensuring critical tasks and engagements are addressed efficiently while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities.
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports, manage executive communications, and ensure the smooth and confidential flow of information across internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and provide on-the-ground support for high-level meetings, off-sites, and corporate events, delivering a seamless experience with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Anticipate the needs of the President and proactively manage internal projects by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely completion.
- Serve as a trusted extension of the President, demonstrating sound judgment, discretion, and a deep understanding of preferences and working style.
What You Bring:
• 7-10 years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite).
• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.
• Technical fluency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and communication tools like Zoom or Slack.
• Excellent writing and editing skills-you know how to craft a message that hits.
