Role: Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Charleston, SC

Territory: Nationwide

Reports to: Director of Multi-Channel marketing

Travel Expecation: Up to 30%

Job Description:


Responsible for leading all strategic initiatives for growth. In this role you will be responsible for managing and maximizing all performance marketing channels used by seca's marketing team. Your goal will be to increase our lead volume, enhance our reporting, and drive strategic decision making across the organization.


Additionally you will work cross functionally with our Content Marketing team to amplify their efforts, and maximize these assets for lead and database growth.


Key Resonsibilities:


  • Develop and Manage all Digital Marketing Strategies
  • Manage Agency Partnerships
  • Manage and Execute All Rpeorting for Initiatives Managed
  • Work Cross Fucntionally With Content Team
  • Provide Insightful Analysis of Managed Initiatives
  • Maxmize HubSpot to its Fullest Capacity for Initiatives Managed


Your qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking and presentations.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm for medical measuring devices.
  • Travel as needed, high willingness to travel throughout the entire country when necessary.
  • HubSpot Experience is required
