  • Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations, identifying and recommending new opportunities to enhance ABM and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Experiment & Adjust: Foster a culture of experimentation, designing and executing A/B tests and other data-driven experiments to continuously improve campaign performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, consistently delivering measurable results in performance, growth, and ABM campaigns.
  • ABM platform proficiency: Hands-on experience with 6sense or similar platforms for targeted account engagement.
  • Advanced data analysis and optimization: Ability to develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns using analytics and digital advertising tools and platforms.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Strategic communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights to senior leadership, taking feedback and finding solutions to a wide variety of challenges and opportunities.
  • Agile and collaborative: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-aligned environment, with strong problem-solving skills.

We'll be super impressed if you have experience in any of the following:
