We craft cutting-edge formulas that are backed by research, reinforced by deep relationships in the dermatology community, and driven by the idea that safe, clinically effective skincare should feel like a luxury but be treated as a staple.

In this role, you'll own the full marketing funnel-from crafting compelling campaigns and optimizing performance to analyzing key growth metrics and identifying new opportunities for expansion. • Lead testing and optimization across channels (e.g., paid search copy, images, video, audience targeting, landing pages) and manage internal feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategies and campaigns that drive sales and revenue across brand and retail channels.
  • Assist with annual and quarterly budget planning to develop media strategies for optimal growth.
  • Work with internal teams to request, create, and compile assets for all stages of the funnel.
  • Ensure timely communication of sales, promotions, and campaign launches with external agencies.
  • Research and develop engaging, on-trend content that drives high engagement and click-through rates (CTR).
  • Own and scale affiliate marketing to test new partners, strategies, and maintain ROI growth.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years marketing experience with 5+ years experience in paid social investment.
  • D2C experience a plus.
  • Experience managing media budgets greater than $20M.
  • Experience managing teams, with a proven track record of collaborative leadership, team building, and managing individual contributors.
  • Extensive experience planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of paid social channels, technologies, best practices, and trends.
  • Experience in a highly complex, matrixed organization with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive change.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage up, down, and across.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, continuously improve ways of working, and infuse strategic thinking into your work.
