We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Google Ads Expert who brings both leadership experience and deep technical expertise in scaling ad campaigns for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns for SMB clients across diverse industries in the North American market.
- Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers, providing strategic guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, analytics) to align ad strategies with client objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of campaign data to uncover insights, improve performance, and maximize ROI.
- Drive strategic account growth through A/B testing, audience segmentation, keyword optimization, and ad copy development.
- Communicate directly with US clients, providing performance reports, strategic recommendations, and insights to enhance campaign results.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads platform updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to ensure best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns, with proven success in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a high-performing team of paid media professionals.
- Strong portfolio of working with US-based clients, especially SMBs, with a deep understanding of their marketing behavior and customer acquisition funnel.
- Expertise in Google Ads tools, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.)
- Experience with landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage)
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Knowledge of US-based regulatory standards for digital marketing (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
