Title: Senior People Systems Analyst, Workday
Duration: 06+ month contract with high possibility for extension
Location: Remote
Position Description Duties: As a Senior People Systems Analyst your goal will be to help grow efficiently by building and scaling our People business systems, Workday platform.
You will: - Recommend, develop, and implement effective/strategic system solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
- Work closely with business partners, developers and cross functional teams to identify gaps and enhancement opportunities to mature the Workday infrastructure (Org, Job, Comp,Security, etc).
- Design and implement new methods, and systems (both automated and manual) to improve the processing and flow of information within the company leveraging Workday best practices.
- Support documentation of requirement, configuration, test plans and user acceptance criteria for user story, and functional delivery.
- Perform program unit tests based on sample data, stipulated functional test conditions and stipulated expected results; resolve any issues of functionality (i.e., debug programme logic errors).
- Support application configuration, system integrations as well as incident resolution
- To accomplish this, you will partner with other teams in our HR departments, Payroll and Finance.
Some projects you will work on: Auditing our Workday instance and subsequently improving foundational components like organization structure, data hygiene, security model, job architecture, and business processes.
Skills: You have: - 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior People Systems Analyst with increasing levels of responsibility on Workday
- In-depth experience with Workday cross functionally HCM core
- Workday security, business process design and core experience beneficial
- Experience with HCM Core setup and architecture of Workday
- Previous roles in a high growth, tech environment
- Familiarity with leading cross-functional projects and interact at all levels
- Strong relationship building skills coupled with the ability to develop consensus
