Description

Are you a self-driven professional with a passion for DB Pensions Administration? We are hiring Senior Pensions Administrators to be based in our offices in Redhill, Leeds, or Welwyn. In this role, you will handle more advanced calculations and complex schemes (DB and/or DC) and play a crucial role in mentoring and reviewing the work of Pensions Administrators.

The Role
  • Work within an administration team, servicing member and client queries related to DB and some DC pension schemes.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure all service level agreements and performance standards are met.
  • Deputise for the Team Leader in their absence.
  • Serve as a senior point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.
  • Review and challenge work performed by less experienced associates, ensuring tasks are completed accurately.
  • Train, support, and mentor junior associates, providing regular feedback.
  • Assist with complex or project work, including handling complaints.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and communicate findings to the Team Leader.
  • Ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.
Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Experience in administering occupational pension schemes.
  • Experience in coaching and supporting less experienced colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • High accuracy in work execution.
  • Customer-focused and committed to quality.
  • Computer literacy.
