Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist (Contract)

Schedule: Onsite Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Remote Wednesday & Friday
Reporting To: Payroll Manager
Position Summary
Seeking a Payroll Associate for a long-term contract role to support payroll operations, journal entries, general ledger reconciliation and partner audits during an ongoing SAP system implementation. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, with strong SAP skills and payroll experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform payroll journal entries and monthly GL account reconciliations
- Manage payroll transactions between 1,000 to 3,000 employees
- Support testing and validation during SAP ECC to SuccessFactors ECP migration
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with a small, experienced payroll team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll and accounting experience
- Strong experience with SAP (ECC and/or SuccessFactors ECP)
- Skilled in journal entries and reconciliation processes
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
