What You Will Do: Create and maintain broker relationships (ISOs); Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions; Work daily and monthly funnel goals to hit revenue targets as set by the team; Progress towards activity targets and KPIs set by the team; Update the CRM and input information on partners and incoming dals; Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new partners; Responsible for the development and achievement of new partners, revenue, and volume; Focus on growing and developing existing partners as well as new partners; and Create customer retention solutions- renewals, engagements, reviews such as: Executing the overall vision and strategy for customer retention; and Driving teams to focus on customer retention strategies through new plans and upsell opportunities. Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: Must have a Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field and 1 year of relevant experience. Required experience must include at least 1 year of experience in the following areas: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce, to manage client data and track partnership activities. Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and financial functions. Using CRM platforms for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and reporting. Tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other sales performance analytics software. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or specialized proposal writing tools to create compelling partnership proposals. Software solutions for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts. Digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) for partnership outreach and performance tracking. Project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project for managing timelines and tasks related to partnership development. Managing sales and partnership pipelines, ensuring that deals progress efficiently from lead generation to contract signing. Collaboration tools like Slack, or Google Workspace for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
