As a Partner Sales Manager, you'll be a key driver of revenue growth across North America. In addition, you'll cultivate strategic partnerships with top advisory firms globally. This role is critical in growing new business through a collaborative, co-sell approach. This is a role for high-performers with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
What you'll do- Drive Partner-Sourced Revenue: Enable partners to sell and deliver Mambu's solutions.
- Lead Co-Selling Initiatives: Identify, qualify, and close deals with partners.
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key industry players.
- Create Go-To-Market Plans: Align sales and marketing efforts to maximize pipeline growth.
- Establish KPIs: Track partner performance and ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Engage Advisory Firms: Build strong relationships with firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Filene, etc.
What you'll bring- 5+yrs of B2B sales experience in the NAM banking, credit union and/or fintech markets.
- Experience at an advisory firm or working with advisory firms
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with complex SaaS solutions.
- Expertise in consultative selling and co-selling with partners.
- Understanding of the NAM banking, credit union and fintech landscape.
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to opportunity capture.
